Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging CRM software for data analysis and reporting, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and provide a unique post-sale experience.
- Record, update, and follow up on CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist customers with queries related to legal, registration, banking, and other areas.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures, and identify and report discrepancies to management.
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Recruit, train, manage, and develop the CRM team.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfactory closures.
