Strategic Retail Sales Director

Oatly AB is a leading oatmilk company committed to sustainability, health, and transparency. We're growing rapidly in the US and need a seasoned retail sales strategist to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute retail sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Leverage customer insights and analytics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Create and apply price/pack architecture strategies, trade spend guidance, and slotting guardrails to achieve financial and growth targets.
- Lead the annual planning process, ensuring cross-functional integration and alignment towards common goals.
- Foster strong partnerships across Sales, Creative, Product Strategy, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in retail sales strategy or sales management within the CPG industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in practical experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail sales strategies.
- Exceptional influence and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and ability to craft data into a selling presentation.
- Estimated salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year.
