**Job Overview:**
We are excited to announce a challenging opportunity for a Director of Sales - Retail and Ecommerce Domain to join our team at EasyRewardz Software Services Private Limited. Located in Mumbai, this role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in retail and ecommerce sales, as well as excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth.
As a Director of Sales - Retail and Ecommerce Domain, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key customers. Your primary focus will be on selling enterprise software solutions to large-scale clients in the retail and ecommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail and ecommerce industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Salary:** ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (depending on experience)
