Growth Management Lead

We are looking for a skilled Growth Management Lead to accelerate the core growth metrics and user numbers at Paytm. If you have a passion for mobile and web apps, with a focus on marketing campaigns, and attention to detail, we want you to apply.
About the Role- Configure and implement all planned marketing campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per the marketing calendar.
- Work closely with the content team to create engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions.
- Design and carry out experiments and A/B testing to optimize conversion across the user funnel.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools.
- Lead a team of campaign managers and help them implement campaigns correctly, debug their issues, and increase their productivity.
- Develop advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event-based triggers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, traffic, and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in category marketing operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Clever tap / Mo-engage or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Working knowledge of SQL and dash boarding tools like Looker / Looker studio.

Compensation:The salary for this position is around ₹25 lakhs to ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a competitive package with enviable benefits and growth opportunities.
