Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Growth Management Lead to accelerate the core growth metrics and user numbers at Paytm. If you have a passion for mobile and web apps, with a focus on marketing campaigns, and attention to detail, we want you to apply.

About the Role
  • Configure and implement all planned marketing campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per the marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions.
  • Design and carry out experiments and A/B testing to optimize conversion across the user funnel.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of campaign managers and help them implement campaigns correctly, debug their issues, and increase their productivity.
  2. Develop advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event-based triggers.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, traffic, and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in category marketing operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Clever tap / Mo-engage or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and dash boarding tools like Looker / Looker studio.

Compensation:
