About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Analyst to support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.
2. Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
4. Leverage data to gain deep business insights, beyond mere data extraction and dashboarding.
