About the Team: Recharges & UtilitiesRU is a business unit that encompasses all recharges, utilities, and financial services. We're looking for a senior professional to accelerate core growth metrics and user numbers.
About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned growth expert to drive growth and marketing campaigns for our RU business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile and web apps, a penchant for marketing campaigns, and a focus on content and design detail.
Expectations/Requirements- Develop and execute growth and marketing campaigns to drive key metrics in strategy, team management, growth management, and P&L management.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership from ideation to implementation.
- Segment customer bases on transactional and behavioral features and design effective 'reach out' programs.
- Manage end-to-end consumer life cycle management for the business vertical.
- Monitor customer funnels and identify new levers of growth to apply to the business.
- Suggest new features and product innovations based on consumer behavior.
- Optimize costs and drive revenue to run a profitable business.
- Relevant experience in the consumer internet industry in similar roles, with 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong data-driven skills with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High degree of ownership in taking things to completion.
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations.
- Prior experience in e-commerce industry is a plus.
