Job Summary

Cyfuture is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to drive business development and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, coordinate business generation activities, and generate new business through building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Utilize networks and online research to identify and qualify new sales leads, and leverage telephone, email, and social media to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners.
  • Maintain a database of prospective client information, and engage in cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with clients until the closing of the process.
  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting/exceeding annual sales goals, and build sustainable relationships with clients by taking the extra mile.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in sales and business development.
  • Robust sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Expert in the company's products and able to sell them successfully in any situation.
  • Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's industry and markets.
  • Passion for growing businesses and excellent communication skills.
