About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Success Representative to join our team at Monotype DACH. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to and assisting with all aspects of customer needs, including product purchases, billing issues, and order corrections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve purchase and billing issues, including credit card, PayPal, and invoice payments.
  • Work with corporate customers to establish invoice accounts, process purchase orders, and provide invoicing services.
  • Leverage standard responses and escalate to native speakers when necessary.
  • Communicate with the development and finance teams regarding customer inquiries and support requests.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of text applications, including MSOffice and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
