- RFP/RFI/Tender Management: Handle the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our solutions.
- Solution Presentation: Assist in the creation and presentation of product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical and product-related information.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on proposals and client solutions.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure all pre-sales documentation is up to date, well organized, and accessible.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights that can enhance our sales strategies.
- Lead Qualification Experience: Proven experience or ability to identify, manage, and qualify leads from different tender and bidding portals.
- RFP/RFI Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a track record of successful submissions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Proposal Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technically accurate proposals.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in proposals and solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and submissions.
- Competitive Salary: ₹7-8 LPA
- Work from Office (5 Days): 11AM-8PM
