We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team at Quagmire IT Services LLP in Delhi/Noida. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a proven track record in lead qualification, sales support, and business growth.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing the lead qualification process, supporting sales efforts, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads from various sources, evaluating their fit with our LMS solutions, and funneling qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including tender and bidding portals, and evaluate their fit with our offerings.

RFP/RFI/Tender Management: Handle the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our solutions.

Solution Presentation: Assist in the creation and presentation of product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical and product-related information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on proposals and client solutions.

Maintaining Documentation: Ensure all pre-sales documentation is up to date, well organized, and accessible.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights that can enhance our sales strategies.

Supporting Sales Efforts: Provide assistance to the sales team by offering product insights, competitive analysis, and customer pain points during the sales process.

Mandatory Requirements:

Lead Qualification Experience: Proven experience or ability to identify, manage, and qualify leads from different tender and bidding portals.

RFP/RFI Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a track record of successful submissions.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Proposal Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technically accurate proposals.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in proposals and solutions.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and submissions.

Lead Management: Ability to manage leads effectively using CRM tools, track their progress, and engage with them to move them through the sales funnel.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.

Good to Have Requirements:

Experience in the LMS/Education Technology Industry: Prior experience working in the learning management system (LMS) space or with similar educational technology solutions.

CRM Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.

Presentation Skills: Experience in preparing and delivering product demos or sales presentations.

Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce or other sales automation platforms.

Market Research Experience: Ability to conduct market and competitor research to inform proposal writing.

Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, pre-sales, or business development.

Work Details:

Location: Only local candidates of Delhi & Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office - 5 Days

Shift Timings: 11AM-8PM

Salary: ₹7-8 Lakhs Per Annum
