Enterprise Sales Professional for LMS Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Quagmire IT Services LLP in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the US market, leveraging their strong communication skills and lead-generation-focused approach.
**Job Overview:**
As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and product demonstrations. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the US market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation:
a. Utilize outbound calls to engage with potential customers and generate leads from pre-defined channels.
b. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through visitor traffic and targeted marketing efforts.
c. Schedule discovery calls to discuss product features and services with potential clients.
d. Meet monthly lead generation and discovery calls targets.
2. **Communication with Prospects:**
a. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads to build strong customer relationships.
b. Address prospects' inquiries and provide additional information as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
c. Engage in regular communication to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure ongoing follow-ups.
3. **Identifying Sales Opportunities:**
a. Understand customer needs to recognize potential sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
b. Conduct market research to identify high-quality prospects from target markets.
4. **Product/Service Knowledge:**
a. Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
b. Monitor competitor offerings to effectively position your product or service and address customer concerns.
5. **Product Demonstrations/Presentations:**
a. Demonstrate and explain product features and services to potential clients.
b. Present the value and benefits of the product in a way that resonates with customer needs.
6. **CRM Management:**
a. Maintain comprehensive records of current and prospective leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
b. Track interactions to facilitate follow-ups and ensure no opportunities are missed.
**Requirements:**
a. Must have experience selling LMS products in the US market
b. Those with experience selling US products will be given preference
**Benefits:**
a. Competitive salary: ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month (dependent on experience)
