
Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to establish, nurture and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India
- Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
- The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.
- Facilitate communication between brokers and clients with our company, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and brokerage operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing strategies to drive business results.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be considered for this position, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
