
Strategic Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as an Alliance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships to drive joint business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive joint business growth.
- Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is essential.
