Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Bangalore market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

About This Role:

  • We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, UPVC doors & windows, facade, glazing, and similar products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
