Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Bangalore market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
About This Role:
- We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time employment opportunity.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, UPVC doors & windows, facade, glazing, and similar products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
