Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients, identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Lead Sales Efforts: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business development or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, UPVC doors & windows, facade, glazing, and similar products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
