Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Train and mentor junior business development team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the corporate services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence is a plus
- Experience in managing a business development team is an advantage
Job Type Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹45,00,000 per annum and benefits package. The Senior Business Development Manager will report directly to the company's management team and will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
