Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at Groval Selectia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the building materials industry.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Build strong relationships with Window Fabricators, Builders, Contractors, and Architects.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 5+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.
