Drive Sales Growth in Building Materials

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at Groval Selectia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the building materials industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Build strong relationships with Window Fabricators, Builders, Contractors, and Architects.
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 5+ years' of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.
