We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Professional to join our team at Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, a Mindful IT Company. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India with potential for up to 50% travel.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our healthcare client base selling specific solutions.

  • You will work closely with other Partners to create a brand for our Generative AI Solutions in the market and open doors with previously unserved clients through existing networks and networking skills.
  • You will work alongside other partners to identify client needs and opportunities, market challenges; lead the definition of program scope, objectives, deliverables, and economics/budget in generating client proposals.
  • You will identify options for repeatability of sales by using GenAI solutions that are replicable across organizations - by articulating value proposition and leveraging strategic assets and offerings.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • You will negotiate contracts and close deals with healthcare providers and institutions.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • You will stay updated on healthcare industry trends and regulations in India.
  • You will provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Good education credentials
  • Strong academic performance, preferably in top-tier schools; Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 (INR) to ₹18,00,000 (INR) depending on experience. This figure includes basic pay, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
