We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Development Professional to join our team at Apna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Development, with 3+ years of experience in identifying and targeting key decision-makers within target companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Prospect and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach efforts, leveraging industry connections and expertise.

Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies, primarily in the HR department, to establish business relationships and drive growth opportunities.

Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs, pain points, and expectations from HR tech solutions.

Sales Enablement:

Develop and refine lead generation strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to optimize results.

Communicate the value proposition of Apna's HR tech solutions effectively to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and differentiators.

Account Management:

Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring seamless follow-up and closure of deals.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM software, providing valuable insights for future sales efforts.

Personal Qualities:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., FreshSales)
  • Adept at using sales and marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Goal-oriented, with a competitive spirit

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
