Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in fast-scaling startups or dynamic environments.
  • Proven expertise in various HR domains, including talent management, compensation, benefits, and performance development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to collect, analyze, and advise on HR metrics and data-driven insights.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving goals, improving processes, and driving business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Darwinbox, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and compliance tools.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
