Job Summary

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in synchronizing HR strategies with business objectives, influencing all levels of the organization, and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.

This position requires an analytical thinker with exceptional relationship management skills, capable of navigating ambiguity while providing structure and guidance.

The HRBP will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the overall workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that drive strategic business growth.
  • Champion a culture of excellence by connecting with employees, understanding their needs, and creating an environment where they feel inspired to achieve top business results.
  • Act as a single point of contact for employee-related grievances and concerns, offering coaching, guidance, and escalation support as needed.
  • Work closely with line managers to address employee relations issues, balancing the interests of all parties while providing strategic insights on organizational and people-related strategies.
  • Analyse and interpret employee data (e.g., compensation, job levels, attrition) to inform decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
  • Provide timely information and education on HR topics to all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Rewards, and Employee Relations) to align people processes and deliver on overall HR priorities.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification HR partnering experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Solid business acumen and the capacity to think strategically about HR interventions.
  • Experience designing and delivering HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and challenge the status quo.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
