**Job Overview**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in the ELV Solutions industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to secure new business
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for ALLNESSJOBS and our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic business decisions

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the ELV Solutions industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the ELV Solutions industry and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
