**Job Responsibilities**
We're seeking a Business Development Professional to lead client onboarding for our premium offering, a new business vertical that captures the niche white-collar space.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and maintain relationships.
- Forecast and plan monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Initiate contact with potential clients and build relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Prepare sales contracts and analyze marketing trends.
- Responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and existing client retention.
Mandatory Skills:
- A self-starter with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
- Proven record in business development.
- Driven individual motivated by sales results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
