**Job Responsibilities**

We're seeking a Business Development Professional to lead client onboarding for our premium offering, a new business vertical that captures the niche white-collar space.

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and maintain relationships.
  • Forecast and plan monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and build relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts and analyze marketing trends.
  • Responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and existing client retention.

  • Driven individual motivated by sales results.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
