Business Development Professional

At Savvy Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team and dealers to promote our Powerol brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support.
- Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
- Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
- Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA
- 36 years of experience in channel sales (related to power tools electrical components HVAC etc.)
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
