Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets in the freight forwarding industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, particularly in the South India market, and be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry, focusing on Air and Sea products.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiations: Handle complex negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of the company's market share in the South India region.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a strong understanding of Air and Sea products.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the South India freight forwarding market is essential.
