Business Development Professional

Drive revenue growth and expand our client base as a Business Development Professional at Inches N Feet. We seek a skilled sales expert to develop and execute a strategic business development plan, leveraging their network and contacts to identify target accounts, generate new business opportunities, and close deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development Plan Execution: Create and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue targets in a designated territory
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to support their projects and identify new business opportunities
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging negotiation skills and CRM experience to drive results
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them
Ideal candidates will have:
- Sales or Project Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or project management in architecture/engineering services, including cold calling, meeting with clients, and making sales presentations
- Overseas Client Experience: Experience in getting overseas clients for the business, with a proven track record of success
- Lead Generation Skills: Strong skills in lead generation, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales industry
