- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
