This role will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, familiarizing themselves with all products and services offered by our company, and effectively communicating with potential clients to provide solutions and support. The Sales and Business Development Professional will be the key to our growth and success, and we are looking for someone with a strong passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Administrative Tasks: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • Familiarize Yourself with Our Products and Services: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with all products and services offered by our company, including but not limited to, office and co-working spaces, and being able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Provide Solutions and Support: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients to provide solutions and support, including but not limited to, answering questions, providing information, and addressing concerns.
  • Build Strong Relationships: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, including but not limited to, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and maintaining open communication.
  • Manage the Sales Process: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, including but not limited to, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Management: The Sales and Business Development Professional will be responsible for collaborating with management to achieve sales goals, including but not limited to, developing sales plans, tracking progress, and providing feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Sales: The Sales and Business Development Professional should have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as marketing or business development.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Sales and Business Development Professional should have strong communication skills, including but not limited to, written and verbal communication, and be able to effectively communicate with clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Sales and Business Development Professional should have strong problem-solving skills, including but not limited to, analytical and critical thinking, and be able to effectively address client concerns and provide solutions.
  • High Learnability: The Sales and Business Development Professional should have a high learnability, including but not limited to, being able to quickly absorb new information, and be able to effectively apply that knowledge in a sales setting.
  • Experience with CRM: The Sales and Business Development Professional should have experience with CRM software, including but not limited to, Salesforce, and be able to effectively use it to manage client relationships and sales data.
