Sales and Business Development Professional

Estimated salary range for this role in the mentioned locations (Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Delhi/Lucknow) is ₹8.5 Lakhs to ₹14 Lakhs per annum.
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional with proven experience selling building materials to join our team at Groval Selectia.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong drive for sales, subject matter expertise in selling to architects, and 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting, be able to develop strong customer relationships, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Window Fabricators, Builders, contractors, and architects to identify opportunities and build relationships.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, with a minimum of 5+ years' of sales experience. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.
