Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets, develop strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Kannada Language Proficiency: Possessing Kannada language skills is mandatory for this role, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Sales Strategies: Employ various sales methods, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, presentations, and more, to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop innovative sales strategies and models, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Assess customers' skills and needs, establish trust, and foster long-lasting partnerships that drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Meet individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent progress towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Account Research and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify potential sales leads, and nurture them to close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking: Stay updated on industry developments by attending meetings, sales events, and training sessions, thus maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular financial and statistical data reports to management, offering valuable insights into sales performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory, ensuring accurate records and optimal sales coverage.
