Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive to drive corporate tie-ups and onboard new clients for our various insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and insurance brokers, as well as driving sales through these channels.

The successful candidate will create and develop revenue-generating partnerships on specific products with specific channels. They will also develop customized promotional techniques to cater to the needs of our channel partners.

In addition, the Strategic Business Development Executive will collaborate with our underwriting, product development, and operations teams to develop strategic sales initiatives. Their goal will be to increase our top line while minimizing loss ratios on a quarterly basis.

Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate tie-ups and onboard new corporates for providing various insurance solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and insurance brokers, and drive sales through these channels.
  • Create and develop revenue-generating partnerships on specific products with specific channels.
  • Develop customized promotional techniques to cater to the needs of our channel partners.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, product development, and operations teams to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to increase our top line and minimize loss ratios on a quarterly basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA (Finance/Marketing) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
