Job Description:

This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, share findings, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze Internal Data: Analyze internal data and performance metrics to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and prioritizing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets to assess progress towards strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
