As a performance-driven individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing customers to grow the business and find new avenues for new product and business development
  • Conduct market research and build networks to find new customer opportunities
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making
  • Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
  • Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Commerce / Bachelor's of Technology
  • Motivated individual with past Sales Experience in B2B segment
  • 2 years of experience in export sales in chemicals
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships with international customers
  • Customer centric attitude and positive spirit
  • Organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously
  • Strong MS Office skills
