The Role of Business Development Specialist at TalentSource International:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach to engage industry experts and foster successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via social media channels to engage industry experts
- Negotiate commercial terms with external stakeholders
- Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts
- Expanding the network of experts for the company
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
- Basic knowledge of generating leads using social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The Position Offers:
- Base salary of 90k pm + commission + health insurance
- Company cellphone and laptop
- Great growth potential in the short term (6- 12 months) for top performers
- Monday & Fridays work from home
