Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Somfy. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a database of project opportunities and initiating calls, visits, and presentations to the developer, architect, and engineering community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database of project opportunities
  • Initiate calls, visits, and presentations to the developer, architect, and engineering community
  • Manage project stages from identification/specification to receipt of order
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to develop project specifications and project proposals
  • Analyze architectural and engineering drawings/blueprints to create solution proposals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in specification of projects to architects/consultants
  • Experience in managing commercial projects/working with key stakeholders of the project/working with project partners
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Networking
  • Office tools
  • System thinking
  • Construction cycles, techniques, and processes
