About the Role
We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Vertoz, an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech Platform. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnerships to drive growth

• Optimize existing client relationships to increase revenue and retention

• Monitor and analyze client performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements
• 0-6 months experience in customer service or sales industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Proficiency in MS Office, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
