**Job Title:** Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Strivik Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Close deals in the areas of Sales and Marketing based out of the Head Office B2B & B2C.
  2. Responsible for Sales and Business Development.
  3. Visit clients on a daily basis for sales meetings.
  4. Undertake periodic reviews about achievement and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
  5. Prepare monthly reports and issue to management.
  6. Maintain the standards and formats defined by info net for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting.

Required Skills:

  1. Ability to Generate Sales meet & Achieve sales Target.
  2. Ability to perform under pressure.
  3. Being performance-driven and focused on results.
  4. Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. PG/MBA in Sales or Marketing is desired.

Other Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Ability to travel extensively.
