**Job Title:** Business Development Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Strivik Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals in the areas of Sales and Marketing based out of the Head Office B2B & B2C.
- Responsible for Sales and Business Development.
- Visit clients on a daily basis for sales meetings.
- Undertake periodic reviews about achievement and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Prepare monthly reports and issue to management.
- Maintain the standards and formats defined by info net for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting.
Required Skills:
- Ability to Generate Sales meet & Achieve sales Target.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Being performance-driven and focused on results.
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline. PG/MBA in Sales or Marketing is desired.
Other Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Ability to travel extensively.
