Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in India. This is a high-profile role that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, segments, and industries in India. They will serve as the primary negotiator for commercial aspects of deals, ensuring that agreements align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
  • Business Development: Drive the growth of the customer base by expanding from initial client acquisition to a significant and diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Negotiations: Serve as the primary negotiator for commercial aspects of deals, ensuring that agreements align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized institution, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven experience in selling to business-to-business (B2B) clients, understanding the nuances of enterprise sales, and demonstrating success in closing deals with corporate or institutional buyers.
  • Ability to independently develop and close at least 2 or more new clients from scratch, demonstrating strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales cycle management skills.
Salary and Benefits
