Regional Sales Director for India Expansion

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, segments, and industries.
- Serve as primary negotiator for commercial aspects of deals, ensuring agreements align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized institution, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in selling to business-to-business (B2B) clients, understanding enterprise sales nuances and demonstrating success in closing deals with corporate or institutional buyers.
- Able to independently develop and close at least 2 or more new clients from scratch, showcasing strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales cycle management skills.
- Excellent information integration, business acumen, interpersonal communication, and execution abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer an estimated annual salary range of ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and comprehensive training programs.
