Regional Sales Director for India Expansion

About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Director for India Expansion at 韵升控股集团有限公司, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base in India. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our expansion efforts and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, segments, and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, competitors, and potential customer segments, systematically mapping out potential clients and understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base, ensuring a continuous increase in customer count and market share.
- Serve as the primary negotiator for commercial aspects of deals, ensuring that agreements align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized institution, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in selling to business-to-business (B2B) clients, understanding the nuances of enterprise sales, and demonstrating success in closing deals with corporate or institutional buyers.
- Able to independently develop and close at least 2 or more new clients from scratch, demonstrating strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales cycle management skills.
- Possess excellent abilities in information integration, business acumen, interpersonal communication, and execution.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
