We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Business Expansion Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the Asia Region.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will handle all customer segments within a particular region, focusing on sales and distribution. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers in your assigned territory, foster business growth with existing customers, and explore opportunities in the international market, particularly in South East Asia and Asia Pacific.

You will have extensive experience in managing sales and distribution networks, setting up distribution channels, and handling OEM relationships. Additionally, proficiency in retail market operations, including tenders and distribution network establishment, is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the international market with travel to South East Asia and Asia Pacific.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • MBA or equivalent degree, preferably with an added advantage if you hold an engineering background.
