Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to explain our programs and help them select suitable learning solutions.
- Sales Execution: Convert leads into paying customers by demonstrating the value of our offerings and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Market Insights: Understand the education needs and cultural dynamics of the region to tailor sales strategies.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our presence in the Gulf region, working closely with marketing and operations teams.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with parents, students, and local stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or counseling roles. Prior experience in edtech or service startups is beneficial.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or Malayalam is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proven success in achieving sales targets, and familiarity with edtech or education services.
