We aim to reach resilient Assets Under Management (AUM) of US1bn in record time across our various business verticals like Wholesale Financing, Co-origination Financing, Consumer Financing, and SME Financing.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and maintain good relations with channels to increase personal loans business.
- Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for personal loans.
- Process files from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales executives to achieve team results and meet business targets and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales strategies.
- Be responsible for market intelligence and exploring new product ideas.
- Implement technological know-how to ensure end-to-end digital processing of loans
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualification : graduation/ post-graduation in any field
- Experience : 7+ years of sales experience in personal loans with any Bank, NBFC or Fintech
- High motivational levels and self-starter attitude
- Strong sales & relationship management skills
- Excellent Channel Management Skills
- Tech orientation and digital capability
