Job Description

Job Title - Area Sales Manager

Experience - 1-3 Years

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and provide training to improve sales performance.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years' experience in Solar / Power Backup Industry.
  • Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years.
  • Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers/distributors.
