We aim to reach resilient Assets Under Management (AUM) of US$1bn in record time across our business verticals like Wholesale Financing, Co-origination Financing, Consumer Financing, and SME Financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain good relationships with channels to increase personal loans business.
- Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for personal loans.
- Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales executives to achieve team results and meet business targets and profitability.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales strategies.
- Be responsible for market intelligence and exploring new product ideas.
- Implement technological know-how to ensure end-to-end digital processing of loans.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in any field.
- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in personal loans with any Bank, NBFC, or Fintech.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Excellent Channel Management Skills.
- Tech orientation and digital capability.
