Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and maintain good relationships with channels to boost personal loans business.
  2. Drive sales numbers aggressively and achieve business targets for personal loans.
  3. Process files from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
  4. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the sales team to ensure team results and meet business targets and profitability.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Be responsible for market intelligence and exploring new product ideas.
  7. Implement technological know-how to ensure end-to-end digital processing of loans.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in any field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in personal loans with any Bank, NBFC, or Fintech.
  3. Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starting abilities.
  4. Strong sales & relationship management skills.
  5. Excellent Channel Management Skills.
  6. Tech orientation and digital capability.
