Salary: The salary for this position will be around ₹1200000 per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with zonal sales heads to create innovative plans that drive end customer, channel business, and augment sales. You will also be responsible for hand-holding your team to consistently create new opportunities and meet opportunity goals. Additionally, you will introduce our company services to new prospects and clients through networking, referrals, presentations, and sales campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in hard-core end-to-end sales cycle experience in B2C and B2B sales. ELV sales experience is a must, while OEM experience would be preferred. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Experience on complex deals and ability to understand client needs and offer right solutions are also essential.
