About the Role

As an Executive Sales Manager at Policybazaar, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in team handling.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
