Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Agrochemicals to join our team at Swan Energy Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing strategic plans, and managing large-scale distribution networks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations and Market Development: Oversee field-level operations, including cropping seasons, pest and disease management, and farmer engagement.
  • Process and Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Khad/Fertilizer/Pesticides/Seeds/Agrochemical industry.
  • Bachelor's (B.Sc.) or Master's (M.Sc.) degree in Agriculture is mandatory.

Salary: Estimated annual salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹5,000,000 depending on experience.
