Enterprise Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our team at PeopleLink Unified Communications Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high-value relationships and driving sales growth within large enterprise and government accounts.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts, ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts.
- Proven track record in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
